      Description

In an effort to reduce memory usage, it is helpful to have a constructor for RestTemplate that does not create several message converter objects if they are not going to be used in a particular request. Additionally, the current constructor uses a ClassLoader several times to check for the presence of certain libraries. This can contribute to a slower initialization time, especially in the Android environment.

RestTemplate now has four constructors, adding the ability to include or not include a default set of message body converters.
