Do not call SELECT on dedicated connection allocation if database index is zero

      Description

      We should not call SELECT in LettuceConnection.getDedicatedConnection(…) if the database index is zero. We can expect the database index is already set by the driver as we're connecting directly and obtain a fresh connection. DefaultLettucePool takes care of the database index itself.

      DefaultLettucePool we could potentially omit SELECT as well, if the database index is zero.
