Begin implementation of a testing framework for integration component interactions

The test framework should enable non-invasive integration testing of various messaging scenarios. The framework will handle asynchronous interactions, synchronization, and threading "behind the scenes". It should also enable registration of "mock" endpoints and adapters for testing interactions that would be using RMI, email, JMS, etc. in production.
