Add support to <object-to-map-transformer> for reference of 'object-mapper'

Now ObjectToMapTransformer uses Jackson ObjectMapper for transformation 'payload' to String and the same - to the Map.
It should support injection of an ObjectMapper as well as <object-to-json-transformer>.
