Provide TCP Connection Factory getConnections()

Provide a mechanism to retrieve an (unmodifiable collection) of the currently open connections managed by a connection factory.

This would allow a number of application features - including the ability to broadcast to all connections, close individual connections etc.

This is complementary to the parent JIRA issue, which will enable applications to receive events when connections are opened, closed, etc.
