Remove Direct Usage of Reactor Classes (e.g. reactor.fn.Function)

Since Reactor dependency is already optional we should use its classes from components which does no do anything with Reactive Streams.

Consider to add a warn to the GatewayProxyFactoryBean if there is no reactor.Environment in the classpath.
