AbstractPersistentAcceptOnceFileListFilter - Add Option to call flush() if MetadataStore Implements Flushable

The PropertiesPersistingMetadataStore only saves its metadata on context close (destroy() ) or is flush() ed manually.

Add an option to AbstractPersistentAcceptOnceFileListFilter to flush the metadata on every update.
