JbossCacheManagerFactoryBean doesn't always clean up mbean instance.

      Description

      Running in websphere we frequently run into a problem of "MBean Instance with same name already exists" when we attempt to use JBossCache in our app.

      Basically what is happening is we will occationally get exception at the time of our app startup and in some of these errors the JBossCacheManagerFactoryBean doesn't correctly destroy the treecache instance. I think it is because of a lack of try finally surrounding createService(), startService, stopService(), and destroyService();

      I'll see if I can put together some example code that works better.
