use optional dependencies in pom.xml

      Description

pom.xml uses non-optional dependencies for cache implementations (jcs, ehcache, oscache, etc.). When creating a project using Maven2 with a dependency to org.springmodules.spring-modules-cache, all available cache implementations are included in the resulting artifact.
If spring-modules-cache's pom.xml would define these dependencies as optional, the user's project might only add the required implementations, see http://maven.apache.org/pom.html#Dependencies.
