    Description

The expense.roo example does not run on GAE.

      Two Things:
roo> persistence setup --provider DATANUCLEUS --database GOOGLE_APP_ENGINE
      Managed SRC_MAIN_RESOURCES\META-INF\persistence.xml
      Created SRC_MAIN_WEBAPP\WEB-INF\appengine-web.xml
      Created SRC_MAIN_WEBAPP\WEB-INF\logging.properties
      Managed SRC_MAIN_RESOURCES\META-INF\spring\applicationContext.xml
      Managed ROOT\pom.xml
      Managed ROOT\pom.xml [Added dependency com.google.appengine.orm:datanucleus-appengine:1.0.7.final]
      Managed ROOT\pom.xml [Added dependency com.google.appengine:appengine-api-1.0-sdk:${gae.version}]

#1 The text ${gae.version} to be erroneous, it should be an evaluated value
#2 The master/detail forms do not load once the application starts

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. start roo
      2. run the expenses.roo script
      3. Switch to GOOGLE_APP_ENGINE persistence
      4. exit roo, do "mvn gwt:run"
