Allow use of # for comments in scripts

      It would be nice to be able to use # for comments, as well as //

          Added support, but to avoid possible unexpected problems the line is only ignored if it starts with a "#" character. This makes it compatible with typical script usage but won't cause issues if people attempt to use "#" later in the line. I can't think of any good reason why "#" would need to be the start of a command name.
