Use a publicly accessible DTD for ApplicationCommon.gwt.xml

      Description

For some reason ApplicationCommon.gwt.xml uses a gwt-module.dtd that can't be validated:

      <!DOCTYPE module PUBLIC "-//Google Inc.//DTD Google Web Toolkit 0.0.999//EN" "http://google-web-toolkit.googlecode.com/svn/tags/0.0.999/distro-source/core/src/gwt-module.dtd">

If there is no specific reason to use this DTD, wouldn't it be better to use the same DTD as the other gwt-module files generated by ROO?

      <!DOCTYPE module PUBLIC "-//Google Inc.//DTD Google Web Toolkit 2.0.1//EN" "http://google-web-toolkit.googlecode.com/svn/tags/2.0.1/distro-source/core/src/gwt-module.dtd">

ApplicationCommon.gwt.xml no longer exists because the desktop and mobile scaffolds were integrated into a single entry point.
