Does the mobile.user.agent property provider actually work?

      Description

      When I edit ApplicationScaffoldMobile.gwt.xml to force the property provider to return mobile safari, and point FireFox at it in dev mode (running in STS), I get a deferred binding exception trying to create ScaffoldDesktopApp

        When this is fixed, please make it easier to launch the mobile experience via the property provider (e.g. look for &mobile), and delete the non-production ApplicationScaffoldMobile entry point.
