      Description

DBRE should keep field name capitalization as per DB column name. Currently a column named 'birthDay' will be converted into a field name of 'birthday'. However, if the column name is 'birth_day' it is correctly converted into a field name of 'birthDay'.

Capitalization is worthwhile maintaining for field names since the UI add-ons can parse field names based on capitalization patterns in order to present 'pretty' field labels in forms such as 'Birth Day'.
