Add the ability to display notification upon startup in the Roo shell

          Description

          It would be handy if notifications could be displayed in via the Roo shell upon launch, such as the most recent favourite'd tweet or general announcement from the team.

            Changes made in commit a48c482af26d378f03849a9e4cb854ece771a827, initial the most recent favourite tweet is displayed. I think there is scope to improve URL detection but may be more effort than it is worth due to the large range of valid URLs.

            With commit c717274154de5d35da1941757e734ae9ea1f390d we randomly select one of the last five favourite tweets and display the twitter screen name.
