      Description

I am attempting to use a POJO as a backing class for a web form. I want Roo to scaffold everything thats in the POJO and then modify the view to fit my needs. When the form is submitted, I want to use the data in the POJO with a service class for processing.

However, when I execute the following command:

web mvc scaffold --backingType ~.domain.forms.PaMv1 --class ~.web.PaMv1Controller

all that is generated is an empty controller without methods or a view.

I initially created the project with Roo 1.1.5 and have been migrating through the 1.2 releases as they became available. I am currently using Roo 1.2 RELEASE.

To scaffold the domain.forms.PaMv1 class, it needs to have @RooJpaActiveRecord or @RooJpaEntity. Your class currently has no annotations.

Thanks, my bad. I am attempting to use just a plain POJO to hold the data from the form. The service will take the data generate XML from the POJO and store the resulting XML as a field in a more generic "Form" entity.
