Reference guide gives invalid JSON examples

Section 15.2 of the reference guide incorrectly implies that the built-in clinic.roo script installs JSON MVC support:

To test the functionality with curl, you can try out the Roo pet clinic sample script (run roo> script clinic.roo; then quit the Roo shell and start Tomcat 'mvn tomcat:run'):

In reality, that script installs no JSON support at all (and never did as far as I can tell from the Git history).
