      Description

On following pizza shop tutorial, http://static.springsource.org/spring-roo/reference/html/beginning.html.

      In 2.10. Securing the Application,

      After I misplaced this line:
      xmlns:sec="http://www.springframework.org/security/tags"

I got the following error message in the console:
roo> [Fatal Error] :1:77: The encoding declaration is required in the text declaration.
The encoding declaration is required in the text declaration.

I didn't know what causes the error message shown when i just saw it, and had to spent a little bit effort to find out what went wrong. If a line indicates which file and what line causes give the error message would be awesome.

Similar error messages also appear when I intentionally put down a typo error on any *.jspx files.
