      Description

      Hello

      i don't now if it is a bug or not nut it is curious.

      Wenn i have a subfolder in my roo project folder with a pom.xml inside and i start roo an use script --file projectscript.roo.
      The commands repository jpa --all and service --all don't work.

      // Spring Data repositories
      repository jpa --all
      Undo manage ROOT\.roo\config\project.properties
      Couldn't find in project a default 'repository' module. Please, use 'package' option to specify module and package.

      service --all
      Undo manage ROOT\.roo\config\project.properties
      Couldn't find in project a default service.api package. Please, use 'apiPackage' option to specify it.

      if i change to

      repository jpa --all --package de.quintra.webapp.rechnungspruefung.repository
      service --all --apiPackage de.quintra.webapp.rechnungspruefung.service.api --implPackage de.quintra.webapp.rechnungspruefung.service.impl

      This commands work.

      Now i deleted all created files and folders and change the pom.xml in subfolder to pom.xml_res and i start roo and use command script --file projectscript.roo the commands
      repository jpa --all and service --all don't work. will work.

      Is this normal behaviour?
