Have Roo use SLF4j logging API instead of commons logging API

      Description

      slf4j is generally recognized as the better replacement to commons-logging. The latest Spring examples at spring-samples provide .poms that configure slf4j backed by log4j. It would be nice if this was the default logging API supported by Roo. To prevent commons-logging from being downloaded transitively, commons-logging must be excluded in the dependent projects that require it in favor of a sl4j-jcl adapter.
