      Description

As a user I'd like Roo to take care of updating my project's configuration.

      Example 1:
There is a project generated with roo-1.0.0.RELEASE in my workspace. When I now open a roo shell for - let's say - roo-1.5.0.RELEASE and type "upgrade project" I'd like Roo to analyse the existing pom.xml, comment out dependencies of previously used roo version (so they are not gone in case they are used somewhere else in the project) and add new dependencies which are needed by the newer version of Roo.

After this Roo should inspect the generated Resources and also upgrade them.

      Example 2:
The above should also work for any existing maven project on which the "Roo nature" is being enabled inside of eclipse. This means there are no Roo components in this project yet. Please see https://issuetracker.springsource.com/browse/STS-814 for more details on this.

      Regards
      Alex
