      Description

The generated GWT scaffold app should use a dependency injection pattern. This is not a call to have it use a particular DI framework (cough GIN cough), but rather to have the generated code be all set to be converted to use one.

This probably means that all the allocation that's happening in the entry point should instead be behind a factory interface, perhaps even one that is instantiated via GWT.create(). Bonus points if we found an actual use for the javax.inject annotations, but we should not add them gratuitously.
