BindAuthenticator now uses the ContextSource to bind directly. It takes a BaseLdapContextSource now, so there isn't an explicit dependency on DefaultSpringSecurityContextSource. The latter customizes the default behaviour of Spring LDAP's AbstractContextSource, making normal Java LDAP pooling available for "manager" users but not for explicit binds to authenticate a user.
