    Description

Issue authorization code from AuthorizationEndpoint directly if all required parameters are present in request. If a client app posts (via a browser) to /oauth/authorize with response_type=code and including all required parameters for the approval, i.e. oauth_user_approval=true, then the code can be issued immediately without an intermediate step. It is up to the app to ensure that the user actually does approve of the grant.
