Reorganize and repackage Spring Data Geode API classes by functional concern.

As this JIRA ticket title indicates, I am going reorganize the repackage the classes in the Spring Data Geode API and framework by functional concern.

This has already occurred for Spring Data GemFire in the 2.0.x as can be seen here, and was part of SDF-564 occurring in commit #623282f, and SGF-588 occurring in commit #2dbc608.

Users can expect compilation errors in their software/application projects using SDG. While this is inconvenient, it is a simple matter to adjust your imports.

This is a 1 time deal and most likely will not occur again.
