Refactor failing client/server integration tests due to static port allocation.

Currently, there are several Spring Data Geode client/server integration tests failing in the Nightly Bamboo CI server build.

Essentially, the system ports reserved and used between the clients & servers during the integration tests need to be randomized properly, and the forked GemFire, Java JVM process needs to be shutdown properly.
