Fix up Lucene Integration tests and Region namespace test to improve reliability

Task to refactor and cleanup the InvalidRegionExpirationAttributesNamespaceTest as well as to make the LuceneOperationsIntegrationTests more reliable by calling LuceneIndex.waitUntilFlushed(..) which is required to update the Lucene Index when data is written to the Region, which Geode does asynchronously.
