Dependency on org.iq80.snappy:snappy breaks the IO Platform build and appears to be a candidate for being test scoped

      Description

      2.0.2 of SDG introduced a new optional dependency on org.iq80.snappy:snappy. This dependency isn't part of the IO Platform so its build is currently broken. As far as I can tell, org.iq80.snappy:snappy isn't required at compile or runtime but is required for two tests. Could it be declared as a test dependency instead please?
