      Description

The majority of JavaConfig was migrated into Spring Core in the 3.0.0.M3 release. Update JavaConfig to rely on Spring 3.0.0.M3 and eliminate all duplication across the two projects. What should remain is a very small set of 'add-on' features for JavaConfig, such as JavaConfigApplicationContext and friends.
