      Description

The Spring Social Popup demo shows how to do the OAuth dance within a dialog opened with window.open(). But that approach isn't friendly in a popup blocking scenario. Instead, a friendly div/JS-based dialog might be a better approach. Unfortunately, it seems that some providers block the ability to present their signin dialogs within an iframe (at least in an iframe that isn't part of one of their plugins) for security reasons.

However, they also provide provider-specific dialogs, such as Facebook's OAuth dialog (https://developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/dialogs/oauth/). It should be possible to use these dialogs alongside Spring Social.

This task's scope is to attempt to use Facebook's OAuth dialog (and any other provider-specific dialog, if one exists) with Spring Social and identify any improvements required to make this work. If Spring Social needs to be altered to support this scenario, then new improvement/new-feature tasks should be created to address the specific items needed.
