      Description

A Facebook application can be configured (at Facebook) with a deauthorization callback URL. When a user deauthorizes an application, Facebook calls that URL with the user's ID. Spring Social should handle this callback and remove the connection(s) associated with that Facebook user ID.

I thought that I had created an issue for this a long time ago, but I couldn't find it. So, I've created a new issue...will close as duplicate if I ever find the original one.

Added a DisconnectController in the Facebook web module to handle POST requests to /disconnect/facebook. As a side-effect, a SignedRequestDecoder class was created that could be used to handle other kinds of signed_request parameters, such as those given when an app is initialized as a canvas app.

Note that the name of DisconnectController and/or the endpoint that it listens on may change upon further review.

Spring Social Showcase has been changed to include configuration for DisconnectController, even though that endpoint will never be called when running on localhost.
