      Description

SOCIALFB-64 addressed the need to support Facebook's OpenGraph operations. And it works great as long as a namespace has been set via FacebookTemplate's new constructor. The problem, however, is that if FacebookTemplate is instantiated via the connection framework, there is no opportunity to set the application namespace.

There needs to be a way to configure the application namespace so that the connection framework will properly construct the FacebookTemplate.

FacebookConnectionFactory (and FacebookServiceProvider) now have an additional constructor that takes the application namespace as a third parameter. See the configuration in Spring Social Showcase for an example of usage.
