      Description

I stumbled on this very exact problem, not using cross-jsp-inclusion, but working in a Tomcat where the Contexts are configured as crossContext="true".
      Please see:

      https://stackoverflow.com/questions/22128150/spring-and-cross-context-webasyncmanager-cannot-be-cast-to-webasyncmanager

It would be really useful if WebAsyncUtils.getAsyncManager could trap the ClassCastException and create a new WebAsyncManager instead of bombing out.
