WebApplicationContexts don't get registered with application-relative names

    XMLWordPrintable

    Details

    • Type: Bug
    • Status: Open
    • Priority: Major
    • Resolution: Unresolved
    • Affects Version/s: 1.1 P3
    • Fix Version/s: 2.0
    • Component/s: Spring-NET-WEB
    • Labels:
      None

      Description

All contexts get registered by their absolute url instead of their application-relative path.

If a webapplication is put below a virtual directory /myapp the root context gets registered with the ContextRegistry as /myapp instead of DefaultContextName (="spring.root") etc.
