Multiple threads spinning in JDTResolver

      Description

      Seems to occur during copy/paste primarily, UI hangs, system CPU -> 100% or more. One or more threads spin in JDTResolver.resolve. Only cure is to kill the process. This is happening several times a day since upgrading to 3.2.0.

        I wouldn't be surprised if there is some unhandled syntax that is tripping up JDTResolver. Please post if you get any more information.

        I've had it twice more, after many many hours of editing, but both in situations where I was unable to do more than restart and carry on (time pressured
        I am pretty sure it's happening while editing a file with a number of compilation errors. I think that's why cut/paste trigger it; the paste provokes a rescan and the code is already incorrect.

        We no longer work on the Grails integration for Eclipse, therefore I am closing all the remaining open issues here.
