      Description

      For issue STS-3570 two versions of a 'Add/Edit starters dialog' where implemented. Only one should be left for the release.

      Right now after playing with both of them for a bit I'm leaning towards the more advanced Edit Starters dialog.

      Unless M1 user feedback indicates user actually prefer the simpler one I'll go with that.
