Popup window obscures Roo command drop down list

This is a long standing and very irritating issue that actually gets in the way of getting work done.

The yellow help window pops up and obscures the Roo command drop down list while selecting the commands from this. The user is forced to quickly go back and forth and rely on memory to select the proper Roo command.
This is on a 1600 pixels wide display!

The obvious solution would be to have this help window go away when you move the mouse pointer out of it or when clicking outside of it (and not come back until next option) or better be displayed but not in the way of the drop down command list.
