Keybind for Relaucn boot application toolbar button

      Description

      It would be very convinient if we have a hotkey for two buttons which sts adding to eclipse toolbar.

      • Stop <app-name> Applicaton
      • Relaunch <app-name> Applicaton

      Especially the second. It's very inefficient to click that toolbar button by mouse after each change in the editor.

      At first I thought that hotkeys for these buttons can be configured in eclipse Preferences but there are no hotkeys configuration for this buttons.
