Add and optional callback method paramater to Spring.AjaxEventDecoration

There are certain scenarios where it would be useful to be able to attach a callback method to an AjaxEvent, to be called after Spring JS has done its automatic response handling. This would allow the insertion by the developer of further custom UI manipulation logic needed for a particular event.
