Replace ${...} with #{...} in expression examples in Flow XSD

Spring Web Flow 2.3 requires to use a new xsd file for the flow definitions. The "spring-webflow-2.0.xsd" referes to ${...} for EL expressions but with the introduction of Spring EL only #

{...}

works anymore.
