 Description

When a second web request is made for a controller object, request fails with duplicate key error. Even though controller has been scoped as request it appears to still exist. Downgraded to 2.0 M1 and verified this does not happen in that version. May be similar/same to IDisposable issue 1545.

This should be now fixed as side effect of fixing SPRNET-1545
